AeoliTech was founded by engineers who spent years inside the federal compliance ecosystem, at MITRE, at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and across DoD programs where NIST 800-171 and 800-53 controls weren't theoretical. They were the controls we implemented, assessed, and defended in front of Authorizing Officials.
We watched defense contractors calculate a score, write an SSP, and then struggle to prove that either one matched the live environment. Evidence was collected manually, control drift went unnoticed, and every review became a new scramble. We knew there was a cleaner path because we'd built evidence-backed programs on the government side.
So we built AeoliTech to connect implementation, assessment, and evidence. Policy enforcement, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and package assembly begin together, creating one defensible record for self-assessment, government review, and future certification.

We help defense contractors and federal subcontractors implement NIST SP 800-171 and 800-53 requirements, validate their assessment position, and keep the evidence current. Our proprietary platform and cleared engineering team handle the full lifecycle: CUI scoping, gap assessment, Customer Responsibility Matrix (CRM) creation, policy enforcement, remediation, continuous evidence collection, and a review-ready package.
We don't hand you a binder of policies and wish you luck. We stand up the technical and administrative controls, wire them into the systems you already run, and sit with you through the pre-assessment walkthrough. When the assessor arrives, the evidence is already there.

AeoliTech is founder-led by Leonard Esere, who holds active DoD Secret and DoE Q clearances. Leonard's career spans direct delivery at MITRE and Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he worked on federal cybersecurity programs that required the same NIST control sets our clients now need for CMMC certification.
Every engagement is led by cleared US personnel who understand not just the control frameworks, but how ISSOs, AOs, and C3PAOs actually evaluate compliance packages. That's the difference between a readiness partner who's read the standard and one who's been on the other side of the table.
